Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-English Customer Service Associate to join our Greece team, with options to work on-site in Athens or remotely from Greece. This seasonal role offers exposure to travel and hospitality, building skills for a long-term career with an award-winning team.

You’ll answer inquiries, research solutions, support partners, and ensure accurate information using company tools. Relocation assistance and 25 days of annual leave are available to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or F&B service

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
• Be the first point of contact for world-class accommodation partners, resolving basic questions such as modifications to rooms, rates, availability, extranet tools, etc.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools, methods, and processes
• Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience
