Job summary

Fitexa BV is seeking a customer-focused IT Service Desk Officer to provide first-line IT support in an international environment. You will be the primary contact for IT-related questions, ensuring quick incident resolution and high customer satisfaction.

You will analyze service desk metrics, identify recurring issues, and collaborate with IT teams to improve service quality and system stability while supporting the Eindhoven office.

Qualifications

• Completed MBO or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, verbally and in writing.
• Strong customer focus and a service-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 support.
• Basic understanding of ITIL, Lean principles, IT processes, and related technologies.
• Experience communicating with customers via telephone, written channels, or a service desk.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries through the IT Service Desk.
• Provide first-line and local IT support to employees.
• Resolve and coordinate incidents and service requests.
• Analyse service desk metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions to improve system stability.
• Communicate incidents, problems, and service outages clearly and promptly.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and a high first-contact resolution rate.
