Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer care professional to join a Greece-based Canon project. You will assist Dutch-speaking consumers via calls, emails and chats, handling product inquiries, order updates and basic setup questions.

No advanced technical background needed; we provide fully paid expert training. You’ll experience a dynamic international environment and a hybrid work model after onboarding, with private health benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Native or C1-level fluency in Dutch, plus a good working command of English (B2) for your training and systems.
• Tech Savvy: Good general PC knowledge, familiarity with Windows or Mac OS, and a steady typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Be the Guide: Connect with Dutch-speaking consumers via inbound phone calls, emails, and live chats to assist with product inquiries, order updates, and basic setup questions.
• Problem Solve: Help users with scenarios like printer setup, installation, finding the perfect camera, or troubleshooting error codes.
• Go Multilingual (With a Twist): Focus on your native Dutch language, while occasionally utilizing translation tools to assist customers across written channels.
• Get Hands-On: Learn the ins and outs of both Customer Care and Technical Support, keeping your daily workflow fresh and interesting.
