Job summary

Canon seeks Dutch-speaking professionals to join its Greece-based consumer support team. You will assist customers via calls, email, and chat, handling product inquiries, order updates, and setup questions while training is provided.

No advanced technical background is required; candidates must be passionate about helping people and eager to live in Greece. The program includes relocation and a development phase with hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Native or C1-level fluency in Dutch and good English for training.
• Good general PC knowledge and familiarity with Windows or Mac OS.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking consumers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Help with product inquiries, order updates, and basic setup questions.
• Learn Customer Care and Technical Support workflows in a hybrid Greece-based role.
• Utilize translation tools to support multilingual customer communications.
