Canon is seeking enthusiastic, Dutch-speaking professionals to join our Greece team, representing Canon in customer care and technical support. We offer fully paid training and a generous relocation package to Greece.

You will handle Dutch-language inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, assist with product questions, setup, and troubleshooting, with hybrid work up to 70% remotely and 5 days monthly in office.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch with good English for training and systems.
• Good general PC knowledge (Windows/Mac).
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle product inquiries, order updates, and basic setup questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide users through how-to steps.
• Support multilingual workflow using translation tools when needed.
