Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Experts to join Canon in Athens, Greece. You will provide Dutch-language technical and administrative support, resolve inquiries with empathy, and document interactions in the CRM to sustain service quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain extensive product knowledge, and aim to exceed performance metrics while promoting Canon’s premium brand. Relocation support and a modern expat-friendly office complete the package.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a client-facing role.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level technical and administrative support to Canon customers in the Dutch language.
• Ensure excellence in the Customer Support Services sector by resolving inquiries with precision and empathy.
• Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system to maintain service quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalated complex product issues effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Canon’s extensive product range to provide expert advice to clients.
• Contribute to the success of the team by meeting and exceeding established performance metrics.
• Promote a premium brand experience that reflects the global excellence of Canon.
