Job summary

BlueView Talent is looking for a Customer Specialist who will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional, personalized support across phone, email, chat and other channels.

You will handle inquiries about orders, accounts, products and services, record interactions accurately, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly. The role is onsite in Amsterdam with relocation support and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Professional, proactive attitude with willingness to learn in Travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
