Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a customer service environment (call center, contact center, or BPO live chat).
• Native or near-native Dutch (C2) and strong written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with CRM dashboards and ability to multitask across multiple tabs.

Responsibilities

• Live Chat & Email Support: Real-time assistance with game rules, bonus activations, payouts, and account verification.
• Problem-Solving Superhero: De-escalate tricky situations, troubleshoot tech glitches, and leave users satisfied.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with VIP managers, Payments, and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly.
• Keep the Energy High: Bring personality, humor, and active listening to work every day.
