You’ll be the frontline hero for thousands of active players, handling live chat and email, resolving payout questions, and verifying accounts. Be ready to relocate and bring your Dutch (native/near-native) and English skills to a vibrant, international team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a customer service environment (call center, contact center, or BPO live chat).
• Multitask and handle chat queues while delivering 5-star support.
• Native or near-native Dutch (C2) and strong English.
• Experience navigating CRM dashboards and internal tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta.

Responsibilities

• Live Chat & Email Support: Assist players in real-time with everything from game rules and bonus activations to payout queries and account verification.
• Problem‑Solving Superhero: De-escalate tricky situations, troubleshoot tech glitches, and leave every user with a smile.
• Cross‑Department Collaboration: Work with VIP managers, Payments, and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly.
• Keep the Energy High: Bring personality, humor, and active listening to work every day.
