Next Job Abroad is seeking energetic, early-career professionals with call center experience to join a bold iGaming team on the sunny island of Malta.

You’ll be the frontline hero for thousands of players, handling live chat and email inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with VIP, Payments, and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly. Relocation and accommodation support are included.

Qualifications

• Proven support experience in a customer service environment (call center, contact center, or live chat).
• Native or near-native Dutch (C2) with strong English written and spoken skills.
• Familiar with CRM dashboards and ticket systems; quick to learn internal tools.
• Willing to relocate to Malta and join an international expat culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide live chat and email support to players in real-time.
• De-escalate challenging situations and troubleshoot tech glitches to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with VIP, Payments, and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly.
• Maintain high energy, personality, and active listening in daily interactions.
