Qualifications

Proven Support Experience (Non‑Negotiable): hands-on experience in a customer service environment (call center, contact center, or BPO live chat).
Language Power: Native or near‑native Dutch (C2), plus strong written and spoken English.
Tech & Fast‑Paced Mindset: navigate CRM dashboards, switch between multiple tabs, learn internal tools quickly.

Responsibilities

Live Chat & Email Support: Assist players in real-time with rules, bonuses, payouts, and verification.
Problem‑Solving Superhero: De‑escalate situations, troubleshoot tech glitches, leave users satisfied.
Cross‑Department Collaboration: Work with VIP, Payments, and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly.
Bring energy and personality to work every day, with active listening.
