Job summary

Michael Page is assisting a fast-growing energy technology company to appoint a Dutch Channel Sales Leader. This role focuses on building and executing the Dutch channel strategy, recruiting distributors, installers, EPCs and system integrators, and nurturing long-term relationships to accelerate revenue growth in BESS, residential and CSI storage, UPS, batteries and EMS.

Qualifications

Proven B2B channel sales experience in energy, electrical, solar, batteries or tech.
Strong network among Dutch distributors, installers, EPCs and system integrators.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Good understanding of BESS, energy storage, UPS, batteries or EMS.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation and business development skills.
Commercially driven with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
Comfortable managing complex sales cycles and developing new markets.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the channel sales strategy for the Dutch market.
Identify, recruit and onboard new distributors, installers, EPCs and system integrators.
Build and manage long-term relationships with strategic channel partners.
Drive revenue growth across BESS, residential & C&I storage, UPS, batteries and EMS.
Develop and manage the sales pipeline, forecasts and channel targets.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's Dutch footprint.
Support partners with product training, sales enablement and commercial proposals.
Work closely with technical, marketing and product teams to support partner success.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer requirements.
Negotiate commercial agreements and manage partner performance.
Attend customer meetings, industry events and trade shows.
Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline and market development.
