Job summary

BYD Europe in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, seeks a sales-focused professional to lead targets and regional business development for residential energy storage solutions. Build and maintain relationships with key customers while promoting brand at exhibitions and roadshows.

You will support after-sales teams, conduct product research for future development, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams. Travel will be required to engage installers and major customers in the region.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge in energy storage and C&I sectors.
• 3–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Major in Solar energy storage or Electrical engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales targets and business development plans for the designated city/region in alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
• Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Promote brand and products through exhibitions, technical trainings, roadshows, etc.
• Support local after-sales teams in resolving product quality and after-sales issues.
• Conduct product research to provide internal feedback for new product development and future strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams locally.
• Timely handle and coordinate daily customer issues and complaints.
