Job summary

Settly is seeking the first Dutch BDR to join a fast-growing team. You will build target accounts, run multi-channel outreach, and create opportunities while learning the business. You’ll shape how we work and grow with the company as we scale.

You’ll use HubSpot and LinkedIn Navigator to manage activity, test new tactics, and improve pipeline. Fluent Dutch and English are required; remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience and growth mindset.
• Curious, coachable and eager to learn.
• Hands-on execution of outreach end-to-end.
• Confident communicator on phone and in writing.
• Dutch language required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Research and build target accounts and contact lists in line with ICP.
• Execute multi-channel outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate qualified meetings and opportunities.
• Experiment with outbound messaging, sequences, and personalization to increase reply and meeting rates.
• Use HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to manage and track outbound activity and pipeline.
• Test and implement new outbound tactics and approaches to grow pipeline consistently.
• Monitor and report on activity, meetings booked, and pipeline impact, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Support the Head of Sales in executing our growth plans, including sales list management, outreach campaigns, and personalized prospecting.
• Conduct account research and prepare prospect briefs ahead of meetings.
• Help craft follow-ups, proposals, and sales materials.
• Track and update CRM to ensure pipeline accuracy and visibility.
