Job summary

Settly BV in the Netherlands is seeking a proactive Dutch-speaking BDR to join our fast-growing team. You will own outbound outreach, research target accounts, and convert conversations into opportunities.

You’ll work with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to manage your pipeline, measure results, and learn by doing. This is a hands-on role with scope to shape our outbound approach as we grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or sales is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a high-growth environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Research and build target accounts and contact lists aligned with ICP.
• Execute multi-channel outbound outreach to generate qualified meetings.
• Experiment with messaging and sequences to improve replies and meetings.
• Use CRM tools to manage activity and pipeline.
• Support Head of Sales in growth plans and prospecting.
• Prepare prospect briefs ahead of meetings.
• Draft follow-ups and sales materials.
• Track pipeline progress and provide reports.
