Job summary

Oakwell Hampton Group in the Netherlands is seeking a full-cycle Account Executive / BDM who wants to own their number. You will run a mix of outbound and generated opportunities, meet ambitious targets and accelerate growth as the commercial team expands.

This role offers autonomy, direct access to senior leadership, and uncapped commission. You will spend about half your time in front of customers, prospecting, negotiating and closing deals that expand key accounts across the Dutch market.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales is preferred.
• Fluency in Dutch is required.
• Willingness to own your number and build pipeline.
