Job summary

Puzzel AS in the Netherlands is seeking an Account Executive to accelerate growth in the Dutch market. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and target SMBs with ARR €50k–€250k.

The role values proactive hunters, strong communication, and a hybrid, remote-first setup around Amsterdam/ Utrecht/ The Hague region, with access to Spaces offices two days a week. Based in a flexible, hybrid working environment, you will join a growing Dutch team and contribute to Puzzel's

Qualifications

• Dutch native level speaker + strong English
• 1-3 years’ experience managing full sales cycle, from prospect to close
• SaaS, CX or any other solution-based sales experience
• Experience working with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC and/or Challenger preferable) & sales pipelining
• Proactive/ hunter mentality. Willingness to self-generate pipeline is a must
• Autonomy and confidence to sell into a new market

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Building and nurturing relationships to create business opportunities.
• Conducting demos and presentations.
• Performance and budget responsibility for your own portfolio.
• Use Salesforce and Outreach to minimise manual work and optimise RevOps.
