Job summary

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience administering Laserfiche and/or iManage in production.
- 3+ years in systems engineering, application support, or platform administration.
- Experience in regulated/compliance-focused environments preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for document management platforms (Laserfiche and/or iManage), resolving incidents escalated from Tier 1 and owning issues through to closure.
- Troubleshoot across platform, integrations, authentication, permissions, and downstream dependencies.
- Lead major incident response with technical leadership and stakeholder updates.
- Contribute to RCA and drive corrective/preventative actions; support upgrades and patches.
