Job summary

CSC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide Tier 2 application support for Laserfiche and iManage, combining troubleshooting with functional design, configuration, and user enablement. The role ensures platforms operate reliably while improving business processes through clear documentation and training.

You will collaborate with business users, technical teams, and vendors to meet operational, compliance, and usability needs in a hybrid work environment across Amsterdam, Luxembourg, UK

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or configuring Laserfiche and/or iManage in production.
• Strong understanding of metadata, templates, classification, permissions, search/indexing, and lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional platform structures.
• Solid Tier 2 troubleshooting skills with ITSM familiarity.
• Typically 5+ years in application support or document management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Knowledge Management, or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundation or willingness to obtain.
• Vendor certifications for Laserfiche and/or iManage beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for Laserfiche and/or iManage, resolving incidents related to functionality, configuration, permissions, integrations, indexing/search, and user experience.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across platform components, escalating as needed.
• Participate in major incident resolution with structured investigation.
• Maintain accurate service tickets with diagnostics and closure in line with SLAs.
• Configure platform features including metadata schemas, templates, and taxonomies.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality documentation and user manuals.
• Deliver training sessions and onboarding materials for business teams.
• Support RBAC tasks including permission changes and access reviews.
• Ensure platform configuration aligns with records management and compliance policies.
