Job summary

CSC in Amstelveen, Netherlands, seeks a Systems Engineer (Tier 2) to sustain and improve document management platforms, focusing on Laserfiche and iManage. You will troubleshoot incidents, manage platform configurations and runbooks, and work with security, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and availability.

You combine production support with engineering mindset to stabilize services, drive improvements, and guide users toward effective adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and supporting Laserfiche and/or iManage in production.
• Strong understanding of document management concepts: metadata, search, retention.
• Experience with ITSM processes (incident, problem, change) and SLAs.
• Bachelor-level IT/CS education or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for document management platforms and own incidents through to closure.
• Administer platform configuration: repositories, metadata, retention, search/index settings.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and vendor releases with change control.
• Create runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles to improve Tier 1 resolution.
