Job summary

CSC is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide Tier 2 support for document management platforms, focusing on Laserfiche and iManage. You will troubleshoot incidents, own issues through resolution, and contribute to platform improvements while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Laserfiche and/or iManage in production.
• Strong understanding of document management concepts including metadata, search, permissions, and retention.
• Experience supporting end-user workflows on document platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting across authentication/SSO, Windows Server, web apps/APIs, and monitoring/diagnostics.
• Experience with ITSM processes (incident, change) and SLAs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for document management platforms (Laserfiche/iManage), resolving incidents escalated from Tier 1 and owning issues to closure.
• Troubleshoot across platform, integrations, authentication, permissions, storage, search/indexing, and downstream dependencies.
• Contribute to root cause analysis for recurring incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain platform configuration including repositories, document types, metadata, retention, and indexing settings.
• Assist with platform upgrades, patches, and vendor releases; verify post-release stability.
• Create and update runbooks and SOPs; support audit evidence and change management.
