Job summary

Stellantis in Amsterdam is seeking a Distrigo Commercial Operations Manager to enhance market performance and drive commercial growth. You will manage sell-in activities and lead warehouse teams while supporting performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Commercial Economics or Sales.
• At least eight years of hands-on experience with sales and commercial operations.
• Practical experience with MS Excel and the MS Office environment.
• Fluency in Dutch and strong communication skills in English.
• Genuine passion for cars and enthusiasm for our brands.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal reference for all sell-in activities.
• Deliver commercial growth and expand market coverage.
• Ensure performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing improvements.
• Lead and train warehouse and distribution teams.
• Conduct market analysis on the Independent Aftermarket channel.
