Job summary

Via Logistics is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to lead a high-volume, automation-driven distribution center in an international environment. You will oversee operations, strategy, and organizational development to drive performance and safety while aligning with business objectives.

The role combines hands-on leadership with change management, analytics, and collaboration across Operations, IT and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Proven track record in change management and operational transformation projects.
• Experience with warehouse automation and advanced distribution technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with a process-driven mindset.
• Ability to align people, processes and systems to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills in an international environment.
• Fluent English; Dutch language is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall performance of the distribution center, including operations, strategy and organizational development.
• Lead hands-on in the operation, drive performance, solve challenges and steer continuous improvement.
• Create structure in a complex environment where people, processes and technology align.
• Guide development while maintaining high service levels, productivity and employee engagement.
