Job summary

VIA Logistics Professionals supports a recruitment for an international distribution center near Roermond. The Distribution Center Manager will own site performance and guide the next phase of automation, digitalization and process improvement.

You will lead operations, strategy and organizational development, drive performance and continuous improvement, and manage automation efforts across the site. English is required; Dutch is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, operations, or engineering.
• Proven experience in warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Track record in change management and operational transformation.
• Experience with warehouse automation and advanced distribution technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and a process-driven mindset.
• Excellent leadership and communication in international environments.
• Fluent English; Dutch is considered an advantage.

• Take overall responsibility for operations, strategy and organisational development of the distribution center.

As Distribution Center Manager, you take full ownership of site performance and guide the organisation through its next phase of automation, digitalization and process improvement.

What will you do?
