Job summary

Front Row Group seeks a Director of Business Development to drive BiA’s commercial growth across EU markets from Amsterdam. You will connect our Connected Commerce capabilities with premium brands, owning the full sales pipeline from outbound prospecting to deal closure.

You will collaborate with delivery, strategy, RevOps and marketing to ensure clean handoffs, accurate forecasting, and scalable growth across fashion, lifestyle, and luxury brands.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in outbound business development or agency sales within digital commerce.
• EU market experience closing complex, enterprise deals.
• Experience with Shopify Plus or comparable DTC platforms is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize inbound and outbound funnels across EU markets.
• Build outbound systems identifying prospects and move deals forward with speed and clarity.
• Lead negotiations and proposals for enterprise prospects; collaborate with marketing and delivery teams.
