Job summary

PVH Corp. in Amsterdam seeks a Manager Product Design & Development to lead global design and product development processes, including vendor collaboration, technical design, 3D design, color and material management.

You will translate business needs into clear requirements, guide the team across Amsterdam and India, and partner with Global IT to deliver IT enhancements that support operational excellence and data quality.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant work exp, preferably in fashion/retail.
• Strong knowledge of PLM, data architecture and process improvement.
• Experience coordinating or leading a small team.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; able to work in a multicultural environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coordinate the Product Design & Development team; set priorities.
• Oversee operational activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive globalization, digitalization and data quality projects.
• Manage cross-departmental initiatives in Product Design & Development.
• Collaborate with Global IT to test requirements and upgrades.
• Support coaching and development of team members.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment across time zones.
