Job summary

PVH, home to Tommy Hilfiger, seeks a Manager of Product Design & Development in Amsterdam. You will lead a global PD&D team, coordinating across IT and business units to advance product design, development, and data quality. The role requires strong stakeholder management and a proactive, data-driven mindset.

You will work across multiple time zones, drive process improvements, and mentor team members while ensuring delivery of key projects within a dynamic fashion environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Strong knowledge of Product Design and Development processes; Centric 8 PLM is desirable.
• Experience coordinating or leading the work of a team in an indirect leadership capacity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and able to work in a multicultural, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coordinate the Product Design & Development team, setting clear priorities and supporting delivery of objectives.
• Oversee operational activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery within the scope.
• Initiate, drive and deliver projects on globalization, digitalization and data quality of PD&D processes.
• Manage cross-departmental projects initiated by the Process Development team in Product Design & Development.
• Act as a key contact for topics within the team and across global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Global IT and multiple global teams to implement IT enhancements.
• Support coaching and development of team members and share expertise.
• Proactively manage workload priorities and align stakeholders across regions.
