Job summary

PVH’s Amsterdam Campus hosts the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein teams, seeking an experienced E-Commerce Art Direction Manager to drive high-volume, aspirational PDP content. You will steward brand guidelines, mentor a diverse creative team, and partner with Imaging, Styling, Casting, Marketing and Production to deliver compelling digital product experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in visual communications, art direction, photography, design or related field.
• Business level fluency in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Teams and Keynote.
• Advantageous with Capture One, Creative Force and interest in AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive all aesthetic output for PDP content and capsules.
• Bridge output between lighting, styling, model grooming and image sequence.
• Inspire the creative team to elevate the brand and drive consumer conversion.
• Ensure high-quality output meets the brand’s visual standards and brief.
• Lead, mentor and empower a team of Art Directors and freelance crews.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce and Production to weave storytelling into content.
