You will guide a team of managers and data professionals, ensuring end-to-end data capabilities for product commercialization and analytics across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years in Product Data, Master Data, Data Operations or related field.
• Proven ability to define functional strategies and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define Product Data & Operations vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Lead managers and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Build data governance, standards, and escalation paths to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Shape the data platform strategy and partner with Technology and Digital leaders.
• Manage resources, budgets and capacity to accelerate delivery.
• Foster cross-functional relationships across Business Operations, Merchandising, Design, Product Development, Supply, Technology, Analytics, and Regions.
