TalentAlly is seeking a Director, Launch Lead to drive end-to-end launch planning and performance across Animal Health products. You will mobilize a cross-functional Launch Squad, align global and regional stakeholders, and manage risks from pre‑NPDP through post‑launch periods.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, veterinary medicine, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, master's, doctorate) preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant business experience in Animal Health, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries.
• Experience leading globally dispersed teams through influence without direct authority.
