Amgen is seeking an enterprise-minded Supply Chain leadership professional to drive end-to-end lifecycle management for ELMAC. You will lead a regional organization of ~14 and partner with Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality and Commercial teams to ensure on-time launches and seamless lifecycle changes across Europe, Latin America and Canada.

The role reports to the Global LCM HUB lead and requires strong governance, cross-functional influence and a passion for delivering patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology supply chain, commercialization, product lifecycle management, manufacturing operations, regulatory operations or project leadership.
• Fluent English, written and verbal; strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Define regional LCM strategy and governance aligned with global product strategy and priorities.
• Lead the ELMAC regional Product Management and regional Operations teams.
• Own end-to-end regional visibility of the LCM portfolio, timelines and risks.
• Drive launches and lifecycle activities across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Canada.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Planning, Commercial and Affiliate teams to ensure timely, compliant supply.
