PPF Europe is seeking an Export Project Lead to own export initiatives from opportunity assessment with Sales through development, industrialization and first delivery, ensuring quality, regulatory and commercial requirements are met in international markets.

You will connect Product, Supply Chain, QA, Finance and Commercial teams, manage timelines, regulatory registrations and risks, and drive successful launches across global markets from Utrecht.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Development or Supply Chain.
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience working with international/export markets and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Own projects end-to-end—from opportunity management to first customer delivery.
• Lead development and industrialization with internal stakeholders.
• Plan and manage timelines, set up and drive milestones.
• Support commercial opportunities with timelines and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate across Product, Supply Chain, QA, Finance, factories and Commercial teams.
• Ensure export readiness with regulatory requirements, registrations and audits.
• Manage risks and drive corrective actions.
• Lead project governance with meetings, progress monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure operational readiness and launch preparations.
• Enable successful launches with ready products, processes and operations.
