Job summary

Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology Supply Chain, commercialization or product lifecycle management.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in a global matrix environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ELMAC Lifecycle Management strategy and regional product management organizations across Europe, Latin America and Canada.
- Own end-to-end regional visibility of the LCM portfolio, including timelines, risks and delivery outcomes.
- Represent ELMAC in Global LCM Governance and coordinate with PDTs, PLTs and regional operations.
- Drive regional launch prioritization and ensure country readiness, supply implications and affiliate needs are integrated.
