MSD in Boxmeer seeks a Director, Launch Lead to drive end-to-end launch excellence for Animal Health products. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, align global and regional stakeholders, and manage risks from pre-NPDP through post-launch performance, ensuring timely and coordinated launches across markets.

You will lead a Launch Squad across R&D, Regulatory, Packaging, Manufacturing, and Marketing, translating strategy into milestone-based plans and governance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a global, matrixed org.
• Ability to connect product strategy, science, regulatory, supply, and commercial priorities to executable plans.
• Significant experience supporting or leading product launches with governance and post-launch reviews.
