Sire Search is seeking a Product Lifecycle Manager in Breda to lead end-to-end launches, variations, and ongoing lifecycle activities at site level. The role requires a degree and proven project management experience in biotech/pharma or related settings, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Translate launch and lifecycle strategies into supply chain objectives and timelines.
  • Own and maintain end-to-end project plan with inputs from regional/site stakeholders.
  • Lead Change Control to deliver launches/variations on time and per procedures.
  • Track milestones, manage dependencies, escalate risks to timelines.
  • Facilitate Product Lifecycle Team meetings and cross-functional project meetings.
  • Coordinate planning across Quality, Regulatory, Production, Site Planning, Artwork, Warehouse, CS, and Procurement.
  • Provide status updates, reports, and metrics on launch execution and site readiness.
  • Identify opportunities for lifecycle improvements and best-practice adoption.
  • Support regional leads with project charters and workshops.

Role summary

We are looking for a Product Lifecycle Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end product launches, variations, and ongoing lifecycle activities at site level. The role combines project management, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and operational discipline to ensure changes are implemented compliantly, on time, and with clear visibility across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Translate launch and lifecycle strategies into clear supply chain objectives, action plans, and timelines for assigned product groups.
  • Own and maintain the end-to-end project plan, aligning inputs from regional and site stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage the Change Control process to ensure launch and variation activities are delivered right first time and in line with internal procedures and guidance.
  • Track milestones, manage dependencies, and drive adherence to agreed timelines; escalate risks and issues as needed.
  • Facilitate Product Lifecycle Team meetings and lead project management meetings with relevant functions.
  • Coordinate planning and implementation across key stakeholders including Quality, Regulatory, Production and Site Planning, Artwork, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Procurement.
  • Provide status updates, reports, and metrics on launch execution, variation implementation, and site readiness.
  • Identify opportunities lead improvement initiatives, embedding best practices across stakeholders.
  • Support regional leads and senior stakeholders with project charters, workshops, and structured project delivery.
Requirements
  • Degree-level education (Bachelor's or higher) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven project management experience within supply chain, operations, or a related environment, in the biotech or pharma industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional work.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
Other information

This is a hybrid position with one mandatory on-site day per week in Breda (Tuesdays).
