Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to lead a stream of platform evolution. You will drive automated, scalable SDLC experiences and bridge AI models with Adyen's architecture, balancing innovation with reliability.

You will partner with engineering to create standardized, reusable pipelines, establish adoption paths for core tools, and measure impact with DXI and velocity metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product experience in Platform Engineering, Developer Experience (DevEx), or AI-enabled technical products.
• Technically credible to discuss architecture, CI/CD constraints, and governance vs autonomy.
• Master of change management with ability to influence developer habits.
• Data-driven, translating feedback and usage data into impact metrics.
• Thrives in ambiguity and can execute quickly with imperfect information.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the SDLC to reduce friction and automate workflows.
• Drive product maturity by assessing toolset adoption and deprecations.
• Build technical context by aligning AI models with complex architecture and MCP standards.
• Foster developer autonomy with secure, scalable guardrails and reusable abstractions.
• Validate ROI and manage vendors by tracking adoption and SDLC improvement metrics.
