Job summary

SOUS in Amsterdam City Centre is seeking a Merchant Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth for our restaurant partners. You’ll dive into merchant performance, find opportunities and feed insights into product playbooks.

You will collaborate with Growth Lead, Merchant Success and our product team to turn data into action. Requirements include 3–4 years in growth or ecommerce, deep knowledge of Uber Eats/Just Eat, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of experience in growth, account management, marketplace operations or ecommerce.
• Analytical and comfortable with data, spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Audit merchant online presence and optimize listings and pricing.
• Drive revenue growth for merchants on Uber Eats, Just Eat Takeaway, and SOUS direct channels.
• Develop repeatable growth playbooks and share product insights.
• Collaborate with Growth, Merchant Success and Product teams to turn results into long-term relationships.
