Job summary

SOUS is hiring two Account Executives to drive growth across the Netherlands from our Amsterdam HQ. You will own the full sales cycle, prospecting to close, while collaborating with Growth, Partnerships and Merchant Success to transform opportunities into success stories.

Qualifications

• 1 to 6 years of sales experience; SaaS, hospitality or startup background preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working with targets, CRM workflows and structured outreach.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong outbound and inbound pipeline in the food and beverage market.
• Run consultative sales conversations with chefs and restaurant owners.
• Convert hot and cold leads into qualified opportunities and closed deals.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to onboarding.
• Share customer insights with marketing and product to sharpen our positioning.
