SOUS is growing fast and helps independent restaurants win revenue across Uber Eats, Just Eat Takeaway and direct ordering. As Merchant Growth Specialist you dive into each merchant's online performance, identify the biggest opportunities and turn insights into growth.

You will collaborate with the Growth and Product teams, support Merchant Success, and turn results into repeatable playbooks and long-term customer relationships that showcase impact.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in growth, account management, marketplace ops or e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of food delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Just Eat Takeaway) and their algorithms.
• Analytical with data, spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Understanding of how restaurants work and what drives revenue.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Audit merchants' online presence: menus, pricing, photos, listings, reviews.
• Optimize marketplace listings and promotions to lift revenue on delivery platforms.
• Move loyal guests to direct ordering; monitor performance data.
• Run growth experiments and campaigns for merchant groups.
• Share insights with product team to shape features.
• Collaborate with Merchant Success to build long-term relationships.
