As a Claims Technician, you will get hands‑on exposure to how real decisions are made, how complex claims are handled, and how an international business operates behind the scenes. Support the team

• Help keep the Claims team running smoothly with day‑to‑day admin support
• Keep systems, documents, and records accurate and up to date

• Manage incoming claims and help direct them to the right people
• Track progress and make sure nothing gets missed
