Job summary

Lely is seeking a Digital Operations Center Specialist to bridge field insights and product development. You will work with the DOC team on end-to-end service for digital products from farm PCs to Azure cloud platforms, ensuring security, reliability, and future readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level working and thinking ability, gained through education or experience in a technical or IT-related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience within IT focused on application support.
• Experience with database systems such as SQL.
• A proactive approach and an open, collaborative mindset.
• Residence in the Netherlands with a valid work permit, sponsorship is not possible for this role.
• Willingness to participate in the 24/7 hotline rotation after completing the onboarding period.

Responsibilities

• Providing third-line support for digital products such as Lely Horizon.
• Investigating complex technical issues by gathering information from the field and analysing root causes.
• Testing scenarios and validating solutions to improve product performance and stability.
• Collaborating with product specialists and product developers to translate technical findings into product improvements.
• Supporting colleagues from Lely offices worldwide with technical expertise and guidance.
• Building strong international relationships through occasional visits to Lely locations abroad.
