Job summary

Lely Holding seeks a Hub & Tooling Specialist who ensures secure, stable, and available digital services for farmers and technicians worldwide. In the Digital Operations Center, you collaborate with Product Development, DOC Direct Impact, Clusters and Lely Centers to turn field feedback into better tooling and services.

You monitor health and performance of the Lely Hub platform, resolve incidents, coordinate releases, and drive improvements in monitoring, security, and access management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years in IT operations, application support, or similar tech environment.
• Experience with monitoring solutions and second/third-line support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health, performance, and availability of the Lely Hub platform and tooling.
• Resolve complex incidents and support second/third-line investigations.
• Coordinate releases, rollouts, and readiness activities for deployments.
• Improve monitoring, observability, security, and access management across the platform.
• Translate field feedback into structural improvements with product teams.
• Maintain documentation and train technicians when needed.
