Job summary

GRI is seeking a Digital Learning Operations Specialist to keep the Academy's LMS, CRM, CMS and related tools running smoothly. You will support day-to-day operations, maintain course data, enrollment flows and data accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams and external tech providers.

This hands-on role bridges technology, data and customer experience, offering exposure to reporting, operations processes and cross‑functional projects within an international sustainability organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a digital LMS including course data and enrollment workflows.
• Experience coordinating LMS integrations with external platforms.
• Handling high volumes of customer inquiries using a ticketing system.
• Developing and supporting digital learning products or services.
• Working across LMS, CRM, CMS and webshop systems.
• Using data to inform operational decisions and identify trends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the Academy's digital learning infrastructure, including the LMS and its connections with the webshop and other relevant systems.
• Maintain accurate course information, pricing, enrolment flows and operational data across relevant platforms.
• Investigate system and process issues and coordinate their resolution with internal colleagues and external technology providers.
• Document key processes, system dependencies, and operational procedures to support continuity and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain operational data and produce recurring reports and dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work and improve the reliability of Academy operations.
• Contribute to Academy-related projects by coordinating actions, tracking progress and preparing updates for relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize day-to-day activities within the agreed scope of the role, escalating significant issues, risks, and dependencies to the Academy Programme Manager.
