Job summary

Demcon is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to strengthen employee growth across the organization. You translate business challenges into impactful learning solutions for leadership development, professional excellence, talent growth, and sustainable employability.

You’ll partner with managers and HR to design and implement learning journeys, lead initiatives, and contribute to the Demcon Academy. A hybrid work arrangement is available up to 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Learning & Development, Educational Sciences, Psychology, HRM, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HRD, or organizational development.
• Experience in analysing learning and development needs and translating into effective interventions.
• Knowledge of modern learning methodologies: blended learning, social learning, on-the-job learning, and 70-20-10.
• Experience in project management and implementing organization-wide development initiatives.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with ability to engage all levels.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.
• Proactive, curious, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify L&D needs with managers, HRBP, and stakeholders and design impactful learning journeys.
• Lead L&D initiatives from concept to implementation and embed in daily practice.
• Contribute to the Demcon Academy and promote a learning culture.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve learning initiatives through data and feedback.
• Connect people, business objectives, and learning solutions to drive talent growth.
