Job summary

GRI, the independent global standard setter for sustainability reporting, invites applications for a Digital Learning Operations Specialist. You will help run the GRI Academy's digital learning infrastructure, LMS, CRM, CMS, and related tools, ensuring accurate information and reliable operations.

Based in Amsterdam or remote within CET, this 40-hour week role offers a hybrid setup, a 1-year fixed-term contract and a base salary between €37,239 and €48,618, with generous leave and flexible

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a Digital Learning System (LMS) and resolving issues.
• Coordinate operations across LMS, CRM, CMS and webshop integrations.
• Manage high volumes of customer enquiries using a ticketing system.
• Develop and support digital products, including e-learning.
• Ability to analyze data and report findings across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operation of the Academy's digital learning infrastructure.
• Maintain course information, enrolment flows and pricing.
• Investigate issues and coordinate resolution with partners.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Support customer enquiries and CRM activities.
