Job summary

AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR seeks a Customer Success Manager (with Ed-tech experience) to enable B2B clients to run successful learning initiatives and foster a culture of learning. You will manage onboarding, adoption, and renewals, acting as a strategic advisor and cross-functional partner to CHROs, Heads of L&D, and HR managers across mid-market and enterprise accounts.

You’ll use HubSpot and data tools to tell compelling progress stories, collaborate with Growth AEs on renewals, and

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing role within Ed-Tech or E-learning.
• Portfolio of 50+ clients with prioritization for impact.
• Experience building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong English proficiency for proposals and written copy.
• Experience using generative AI tools for content and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding-to-renewal lifecycle for B2B clients.
• Act as strategic advisor to guide learning initiatives.
• Coordinate with Growth Account Executives on renewals.
• Leverage HubSpot data to report progress and value.
