Job summary

Major Dutch bank is expanding its Digital Channels team with a Business Analyst focused on identification and authentication capabilities across the Web environment. The role translates complex requirements into backlog items and drives end-to-end delivery within an agile team.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, engineers and CISO to deliver secure, compliant login, authentication and digital signing journeys and to prioritise backlog items for the development team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Business Development, Analysis, or Product Development in a digital environment.
  • Experience with Web channel environments.
  • Strong requirements engineering and ability to translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with Identification, Authentication, Authorization, and Digital Signing concepts.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder management across organisational levels.
  • Hands-on Google Analytics and tagging experience for app-focused roles.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse customer journeys, processes, risks and dependencies related to identification, authentication and digital signing
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including CISO and other enabling teams, to ensure end-to-end delivery
  • Support agile ceremonies and backlog refinement and prioritisation
