Job summary

Levy Professionals is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Identity & Access Management (workforce IAM) in a large Dutch financial services organization. You translate complex goals into actionable designs that engineering can build and align them with the product owner.

You will work across IAM domains, be the sparring partner for business, developers and the product owner, and ensure the team delivers clear requirements and quality designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in a relevant field.
• CISSP certification.
• Experience implementing IAM protocols and solutions.
• Expert requirements analysis and strong writing.
• English as working language.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level goals into design blueprints aligned with product owner and engineering.
• Collaborate across IAM domains and systems boundaries.
• Plan and organize own work within departmental objectives.
• Act as sparring partner for business, developers and product owner.
• Review and uplift the quality of other business analysts' work.
• Incorporate IAM market trends and tooling directions into designs.
