Job summary

Rabobank in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for IAM to translate complex business needs into secure, scalable authentication and access solutions. You’ll align business and IT with the Product Owner and guide DevOps teams to deliver effective IAM capabilities.

You’ll review the work of other Business Analysts, provide mentoring, and stay ahead of security standards and industry practices to strengthen design quality and implementation success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• CISSP certification.
• Knowledge of implementing authentication, authorisation, user provisioning and single sign-on protocols.
• Strong writing skills.
• Clear and effective communication in English.
• Master-level requirements analysis skills and experience with networking.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business targets into designs and solution blueprints that align with business and IT architecture.
• Advise the business, Product Owner and DevOps teams on IAM solutions.
• Review the work of other Business Analysts and help improve the quality of requirements, processes and designs.
• Plan and organize activities with independence within departmental objectives, while safeguarding quality and progress.
