A leading Dutch financial institution is expanding its Digital Channels team with a Business Analyst/Business Developer position focused on identification and authentication capabilities across the Web environment. This team owns some of the most frequently used customer journeys in the bank, including login, authentication, and digital signing, and is looking for professionals who can translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
About the role
You will work in a complex stakeholder landscape spanning Product Owners, UX designers, engineers, architects, CISO, and other enabling teams, translating business, security and regulatory requirements into well-defined backlog items. This is a chance to work on high-visibility digital security journeys at one of the largest banks in the Netherlands, with a collaborative, high-performing agile team and strong ownership over requirements from analysis through to delivery.
